I'm a business support contractor based in Perth, Australia. Originally from New Zealand, I started contracting in February 2025.
I've spent years working inside businesses across administration, project coordination and operations. What I keep seeing is the same thing - people are busy, stressed and running on empty. But there are ways we can relieve ourselves by improving the ways that we work to ensure all our energy isn’t gobbled up by emails, meetings and basic client work and instead we have energy to spend on learning, development, goals and strategy.
