How it Works

  1. Discovery Call
    We’ll schedule a call to understand your business, your current CRM setup and what improvements you’re looking for. I’ll share how I can best support you based on your needs. Within 24 hours you will receive a tailored proposal which will outline scope, pricing, support hours and key deliverables.

  2. Client Onboarding
    Following our call, I’ll draft a contract outlining deliverables, payment terms, work schedule and all the finer details - confidentiality, termination and liability. Once signed, we’re good to go!

  3. Mapping Session
    We’ll schedule a mapping session where we’ll map out your full customer journey from first contact to ongoing service. Tasks and responsibilities will be delegated between us and we’ll review your current email templates or communications, identifying where improvements can be made.

  4. Workflow Delivery: Visual Map, Master Tracker & Procedures
    You’ll receive:

    • A visual map of your CRM workflow.

    • A live spreadsheet dashboard (managed by me) to track key tasks, timelines, and client movement.

    • Optional written procedures for training and onboarding.

  5. CRM Task Execution
    I’ll complete a fortnightly cycle of the agreed CRM tasks. We’ll schedule a quick check-in call to discuss feedback, questions or any changes needed. The timing of these tasks can be adjusted once we’re in a steady flow.

  6. Monthly Reporting & Review
    At the end of each month, you’ll receive a report outlining the following. We’ll meet to review the report, exchange feedback, and confirm next steps for the following month.

FAQ’s

What CRMs do you work with?
I currently have experience using MyCRM and HubSpot however can adapt to most CRMs and will confirm tech requirements with you during our discovery call.

Do I need existing workflows or templates?
Nope! I’ll work with what you have or help you build from scratch. If you already use templated emails or forms, I’ll review and enhance them.

Is this a one-off service or ongoing?
It’s monthly, with a flexible engagement. At the end of each month, we review outcomes and confirm whether you want to continue.

How do we communicate?
If you’re based in Tauranga, we can do our Discovery Call and Mapping Session in person - otherwise everything can be done virtually. Fortnightly check-ins can happen via Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams - whatever you prefer. Day-to-day communication can be whatever suits you - Slack, Teams or Email.

Is there a minimum term?
No long-term lock-ins. Just one month at a time - stay only as long as you’re finding value.
